Book Cover Illustration $350+**Book Cover Illustration price depends on the number of characters and the complexity of the background. The sample price ($350) includes, e.g. One up to Knee-Up Character with medium additional deatils and medium detailed background (medium detailed background is shown on the example).This pricing is for a fully rendered, simple portrait, with simple background. Any additional elements that you want me to include could add to the cost. The final price is dependent on complexity of the design and will be specified for the concrete request in the initial negotiations.EXTRA PAYMENTS:
Each additional character +75%
Background $30-150 (simple color/gradient - no charge)
Objects/Props $15+ (detailed jewellery, weapon etc.)
Elaborate Detailing/dynamic/complicated pose TBD*The artwork is for PERSONAL USE ONLY. No commercial use allowed. Commercial work needs to be negotiated beforehand and has different pricing.A personal commission means I own the rights to the artwork. You are not allowed to use, resell or reproduce the artwork commercially. If you’d like to purchase the full rights to the artwork or use it commercially in the future, you may purchase a commercial license for your intended use.

PAYMENT
All pricing is in USD or PLN. I accept payment through PayPal Invoicing or Polish Bank Transfer. Commissions can be paid either 100% upfront or split 50% upfront and 50% after sketch approval.Please note that payment via PayPal requires an additional 6% fee.No refunds.Please allow 3-5 weeks for each commission. There is a rush fee of 25 percent of the total cost if needed within 2 weeks. This is non-negotiable.
PROCESS
1) If you are interested in a commission, reach out to me via IG DM or e-mail with your request, tell me what kind of commission would you want, how many characters and what is your deadline.2) I will get back to you to discuss and ask for details and references. I will need anything and everything that help me imagine and draw your character:
- written description (physical appearance and personality);
- picture materials: your sketches, pinterest boards/collages of pictures (faces, items, clothing, objects…);
- skin colour, hair colour, hairstyle examples;
clothing, jewellery, weapon examples, etc.3) When the topic is agreed and all details cleared, I will inform you about the price and estimated time when I can start working on your commission and when to expect completion. If both is fine with you, I will ask for your e-mail, your name and billing address, and I will send the PayPal invoice to you. By paying for work you are hereby confirming that you have read and agreed to the terms of service.4) After the payment is received, I start to work on your character. The first thing I do, is to work on the sketch, then I will send it to you for approval or if there is any changes that need to be done. During the painting process, you can make minor changes. Changing the pose, and completely changing the clothes etc. are considered big changes and has to be decided upon during the sketch part. In later phases of rendering, no free changes are possible.5) Please allow 3-5 weeks for each commission. There is a rush fee of 25 percent of the total cost if needed within 2 weeks. This is non-negotiable.6) Result will be delivered as a full resolution (300dpi) PNG file to your e-mail.
I maintain full rights to any artwork I make and may use it as I see fit.

This is non-negotiable.Once the piece is finished you will receive the full-resolution image. Note that there is no physical product.04 REVISIONSDuring the painting process, you can make minor changes. Changing the pose, and completely changing the clothes etc. are considered big changes and has to be decided upon during the sketch part.A fee will be added if you want something changed on the final drawing - unless a misunderstanding from my side has been made.If you wish for me to change something in the drawing you have previously approved, I will charge you a fee to change it. The amount of the extra charge depends on the change you want me to make and is usually based on an hourly wage.If your reference is unclear to start with changes will come at an extra charge.05 COPYRIGHT & USAGEI, Agnieszka Gromulska (the artist):I reserve the right to cancel and refund the order at any time for any reason.I retain all copyrights over the commissioned artwork.I reserve the right to post the commissioned artwork online, in my portfolio as well as in publications.You (the customer/commissioner):You may upload the commissioned artwork on any website and social channels with credit.You may NOT make profits from the commissioned piece (reselling, redistributing, uploading to POD-services, make prints, etc.)You may NOT alter the commissioned artwork without my (the artist's) consent.You may NOT use the commissioned artwork for commercial purposes.The following is considered copyright infringement:Reproducing/using the copyrighted artwork commercially - means making money off it in any way not excluded from these terms.Claiming the artwork as your ownAltering the artwork without my consent06 CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICYThe buyer is not allowed a refund once I started working on the commission.If for any reason I am unable to start your commission you will receive a full refund.If you cancel your order before I started it, you can get a full refund.
